Method of roasting dried latkes
I had cooked everything during the day so that I wouldn't have to suffer at night. That's exactly what I had to suffer tonight.
At exactly 9:30 p.m., everyone sat down to eat, but my younger sister-in-law said that she really wanted to eat rice with roasted dried fish.
I was very annoyed to hear that, because after working so hard all day, if I have to cook again, it would feel really bad, wouldn't it?
My sister-in-law seems to have understood the point. Which is why she said that there is no need to go out and cook anymore. Let's finish the cooking at home.
So, as he said, I did what I did, I took a lot of dried fish to roast.

Here are all the ingredients you will need to roast this dried fish fillet.
A large garlic clove weighs at least 50 grams.
One medium-sized tomato
One large onion
10 to 15 green chilies
Coriander leaves as required
Half teaspoon of turmeric powder
2 teaspoons chili powder
It's okay to leave out the salt because the dried fruit contains salt.
Half cup of oil
Preparation method
The first thing I did was take the dried fruits onto a plate so that I could cut them into small pieces nicely.

Then I gave it to my sister-in-law to peel the garlic and remove the outer layer from the peel, and to finely chop the tomatoes, onions, and green chilies.

Just as I showed him, he cut all the ingredients together on a plate.
Then I put the pan in the oven and added oil as needed. When the oil was hot, I added all the ingredients together.

Then I reduced the heat on the stove, covered it with a lid and simmered it well for about 10 minutes.
Then I added a little water, cooked it more nicely, and then added coriander leaves on top.

I finished cooking in about 20 minutes. Then my younger sister-in-law enjoyed eating the hot roasted rice.
