Recipe for making Amla pickle
Let's make amla pickle! Let's give you a little idea about what ingredients you will need!

Ingredients Quantity
Amra- 2 kg
Mustard oil- Three cups
Vinegar- A cup
A whole five-fold 2 teaspoons
Bay leaf- 4
Mustard paste- 2 tablespoons
Ginger paste- 2 tablespoons
Garlic paste- 2 tablespoons
Dried chili- 2 tablespoons of batter
Turmeric powder 2 teaspoons
Sugar- 4 cups
Salt- To taste
Panchforan powder- 2 teaspoons
First thing you need to do! Peel the mangoes! Once all the mangoes have been peeled, you need to make small marks on the inside of the mangoes with a small knife.

Then you wash and clean the amla well! And put the pan in the oven! Along with it, you add turmeric powder, salt, and sugar! Now you have to grate the amla well.

Whenever you see that the broth in the amra has thickened a little,,, what you have to do next! Add garlic paste, ginger paste, vinegar, bay leaves, panchphodan,, everything together! Then you have to mash it well again.

Next, what you need to do is to reduce the heat of the stove a little! Because when you see that the broth in the amla is slowly thickening! Then you need to gradually reduce the heat of the stove! And you need to take it out well and more often.

Whenever you see that all the juice in the amla has dried up! Then you turn off the stove! And keep it covered with a lid for 5-6 minutes! After that, you will see that the amla looks much more beautiful.
