Today my father-in-law brought two hilsa fish from the market! After bringing them, he asked me to make hilsa in mustard for him! And I started doing as he said! And today I will share the recipe for making hilsa in mustard with you.

Recipe for making hilsa with mustard in gourd leaves
First, I will share with you the quantities of all the ingredients you will need to make mustard hilsa.

Ingredients Quantity
Hilsa fish ১টা
Mustard paste Three tablespoons
Gourd leaves You can use five to six depending on your fish.
Turmeric powder One teaspoon
Chili powder Half a teaspoon

Preparation method
You can see here, the fish was brought from the market a while ago! I will cut the fish well now.

First, I washed and cleaned the fish thoroughly.
Once it was cleaned, I rubbed it with enough salt, turmeric, and chili powder!

Once it was well mixed, I left it to marinate for a while so that the spices could penetrate the fish well.

Then I mixed the mustard seeds well and ground them into a paste.

Next, what I did was, I mixed all the ingredients with mustard oil! So that all the ingredients get mixed together,,, a beautiful masala is created.

After preparing the masala, I placed the fish one by one in the gourd leaves and added a generous amount of mustard to them.

Once the mustard is added, I then fold it nicely and tie it with string! You must tie it nicely and tightly with string! If you tie it a little loosely, then there is a possibility that the mustard will come out of the leaf.

Then I put a pan in the stove and heated enough oil! I put the fish pieces in there one by one! And I reduced the heat of the stove and fried them nicely.

The smell that comes from frying fish, you can actually feel it and understand it! We get a wonderful smile.

So friends, this was my today's mustard hilsa! Many people may cook it in many ways! But this seems to me to be much better,,, and is very easy to make.

If you want, you can follow my recipe! You can make and eat this hilsa! It is incredibly fun to eat and incredibly beautiful to look at.

I'm not writing anymore today! May everyone be well and healthy! With this wish, I'm saying goodbye here like today! May Allah protect us.
