Going to a khichdi restaurant with the family

For some time now, it has become very difficult to go out anywhere due to family problems, but efforts are still being made to solve some problems. I hope that I will be able to return to my place again after solving the problem very soon, Insha Allah. So yesterday we all decided to set up a Khichuri house in our upazila where all kinds of Khichuri are available. Because it is currently winter and during this time, Khichuri is one of our favorite foods.

I have been hearing the announcement on the mic for a long time but I can't find the time to go, that's the big deal. So we all decided yesterday that we can't miss it and we have to go quickly, otherwise the winter is ending, what's the fun in the winter if we can't eat. So everyone got ready at 10 am, I had already completed all the work at home, then everyone went out, as soon as we left, it was 11 o'clock, then we had to wait for a long time for the car, actually there is a prayer in Ujani, due to which a lot of people are going to and from the mahfil, so it has become very difficult to get a car.

After waiting for 30 minutes, I got a car and went straight to the upazila. But to reach the khichuri house, we needed another car because it was far away from the upazila, so I bought another CNG and then we went straight to the khichuri house. When we arrived at the khichuri house, the atmosphere was so beautiful that I will definitely share it with you. The food of a place with such a beautiful atmosphere must also be much better. What do you think? Let's talk about the food. First, we discussed with them what types of khichuri are available. They gave us each a piece of khichuri.

After seeing that, I was really surprised because you can find all kinds of khichuri there, from stuffed khichuri to hilsa fish khichuri. We ordered everything because we thought that if we ordered every khichuri, even if everyone ate one lokma, then Alhamdulillah, our stomachs would be full.

Then we ordered ten-layer khichuri. You can understand from my photography that such a beautiful song was coming from the khichuri. Needless to say, our stomachs were full after eating. After that, everyone ate a small amount of each khichuri one by one. They told us that since it was almost the end of their year, it would be wrong to tell them that everyone has a package going on at the end of the year at their restaurant where if you order 10-layer bharta or 10-layer khichuri, you can eat unlimited, that is, you can eat as much as you want.

After hearing this, we were even more surprised that the khichdi was made with ghee, which made it taste as good as it tasted. We tried so hard but we couldn't make it like them. What else can I say, they make it so delicious that there was such a crowd in their restaurant? We spent two and a half hours there and within two and a half hours, the line was already formed in their restaurant. Then we talked to them for a while and tried to find out about the matter. When they said, "You will definitely come the next day, we will share the recipe with you secretly," I was very happy to hear this. Actually, there is a reason behind saying this.
