Today I will talk about a scientific study about music.

According to a study by the British Academy of Sound Therapy, they chose 10 songs that relax the human mind and body. Weightless, belonging to the Marconi Union group, is in the first place.

The founder of the Academy, Lyz Cooper, explains the factors that played a role in the selection of these songs:

While listening to these songs, your heart rhythm begins to adapt to the rhythm of the song, and they also lower blood pressure. Also, the absence of repetitive melodies in the songs causes the brain to shut itself down, so the brain does not try to guess what the next tune is. And the random tones help to move into a deeper state of relaxation. Lyz Cooper says they relax the human mind and body in this way. I really feel that my mind relaxes when I listen to the songs.

Meanwhile, Lyz Cooper warns us never to listen to these songs while driving.
