BATTLE MAGE SECRETS Weekly Challenge! Silenced Summoners Ruleset

In battles with the Silenced Summoners Ruleset, Summoners do not give any stat buffs or debuffs or grant/use any abilities. That's why I prefer to use low mana cost and highest level Summoner cards in battles with the Silenced Summoners Ruleset. Frankly, I can say that I like this ruleset.

Let's examine the Silenced Summoners Ruleset in a battle.

Battle Link

• Silenced Summoners: Summoners do not give any stat buffs or debuffs or grant/use any abilities.
• Armored Up: All Monsters have 2 Armor in addition to their normal Armor stat.
• Fog of War: Monsters lose the Sneak, Snipe and Opportunity abilities.
• Active Units : Fire, Water, Life, Death and Dragon
• Mana Cap : 45

Before starting the battle, when I reviewed the recent battles of the opposing player, the opposing player had more powerful cards than my deck. Also, considering the rulesets of the battle, I guessed that the opposing player would prefer Magic Attack Monsters in this battle and determined my strategy accordingly.

In this battle, I chose Franz Ruffmane as the summoner, which is the only level 5 card in my deck. Although it was a disadvantage that it cost 6 mana, its being at level 5 was an advantage for my team.

I put Uriel the Purifier in the first position, who has Flying Ability, Recharge Ability, and Heal Ability. I will also put a monster with the Taunt Ability in the last position so that it is not the target of the enemies' first attacks.

In the second position, I put Djinn Renova with Strengthen Ability and Triage Ability. Thanks to the Strengthen Ability, all monsters in the team would have +1 health, and thanks to the Triage Ability, the Monster with the Taunt Ability would be harder to destroy.

In the third position, I put Adelade Brightwing, which has Flying Ability, Repair Ability and Resurrect Ability. I thought that especially the Repair Ability and Resurrect Ability would benefit my team in this battle.

In the fourth position, I put Spirit Hoarder with Triage Ability. Thus, in this battle, my team would have two monsters with the Triage Ability.

In the last position, I put Iziar, who has the Taunt Ability and Void Ability. If the opposing team does not have any cards with the Affliction Ability, it will be very difficult to destroy Iziar in this battle.

Brief Descriptions of the Above Mentioned Abilities

• Flying Ability : Has a 25% bonus chance of evading Melee or Ranged attacks from Units who do not have the Flying ability.
• Recharge Ability : This Unit attacks every other round but does 3x damage.
• Heal Ability : Restores a third of max health to this Unit's health each round.
• Strengthen Ability : All friendly Units have their Health increased by 1.
• Triage Ability : Heals the friendly back-line Unit that has taken the most damage by a third of max health.
• Repair Ability : Restores a third of max armor to the friendly Unit whose armor has taken the most damage.
• Resurrect Ability : When a friendly Unit dies it is brought back to life with 1 Health. This ability can only trigger once per battle.
• Taunt Ability : All enemy Units target this Unit (if they are able to).
• Void Ability : Reduced damage from Magic attacks by 50%.
• Affliction Ability : When this Unit hits a target, it has a 50% chance of applying Affliction on the target causing it to be unable to be healed.

Round 1

Battle Link

To be honest, the opposing player's strategy was quite good and the opposing team was quite powerful. But since I could predict the opponent's strategy in this battle, the opposing team had little chance of winning this battle. That's why I like to review my opponents' recent battles before determining my strategy.

In the first round, the opponent team's attacks were very effective and they did not miss Iziar at all. Additionally, Iziar was poisoned and stunned in the first round, but by the end of the first round, Iziar's health appeared to be undiminished. Also, Harklaw missed Uriel the Purifier. Frankly, it was not easy for Harklaw to damage Uriel the Purifier anyway. And in the face of the effective attacks of the monsters in my team, Harklaw's health dropped to 1.

Round 2

At the beginning of the second round, Harklaw was destroyed and Djinn Muirat moved into first position. Level 3 Djinn Muirat is a monster that can be very effective in such battles with the abilities it has. Frankly, if there was no monster with the Taunt Ability in my team, this battle would have become very difficult for my team. Djinn Muirat dealt 6 damage to Uriel the Purifier in one hit. Uriel the Purifier also destroyed all 6 of Djinn Muirat's armor in one hit. It was admirable that Iziar still had 15 health at the end of the second round.

Round 3

In the third round, Djinn Murat was destroyed with the effective attacks of the monsters in my team. Frankly, all monsters were hitting their targets, but thanks to the monsters in my team with the Triage Ability, and Uriel the Purifier's Heal Ability, the monsters in my team were prevented from being destroyed. In the third round, one more monster from the opposing team was destroyed, while all the monsters in my team were still alive.

Round 4

After Djinn Murat was destroyed in the third round, my team relaxed a bit and the opposing team no longer had a chance to destroy any monsters on my team.

In the fourth round, even though all monsters hit their targets, at the end of the third round, the monster in the first position on the opposing team had only 1 health left but the health of the monsters in my team did not decrease, on the contrary, Uriel the Purifier's health increased by +2.

Round 5

In the fifth round, all monsters hit their targets, but while 2 more monsters from the opposing team were destroyed, all the monsters on my team were still alive.

Round 6

At the end of the sixth round, 1 more monster from the opposing team was destroyed and only Usut remained on the opposing team. Since all the monsters in my team were still alive, Usut had no chance of winning this battle. The winner of the battle was now clear.

Round 7

Usut's Heal Ability prevented its from being destroyed in the seventh round, which only delayed the result of the battle for 1 more round.

Round 8

In the eighth round, Usut only had 3 health and was destroyed after Iziar's and Djinn Renova's attacks, and my team managed to win this very tough battle quite easily.

The battle lasted 8 rounds, at the end of the battle, while all the monsters on the opposing team were destroyed, it was admirable that all the monsters on my team were alive. Frankly, it was a very competitive battle, but my strategy worked quite well in this battle. Moreover, while the opposing team was more powerful, my team won this battle quite easily, which showed that my strategy worked quite well in this battle. By the way, although the battle lasted 8 rounds, it was noteworthy that at the end of the battle, the health of all monsters in my team was the same as when they started the battle. Healers are really useful to the team in these types of battles, and I can say that I saw a great benefit in this battle.
