My Actifit Report Card: April 6 2025

Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. The weather was warm and nice at noon so I went for a walk in the afternoon and ran at a slow pace, , that is, I walked at a fast pace but ran at a slow pace, and the most interesting thing was that I continued for about 40 minutes without getting out of breath like before. In the past, I would have been out of breath and needed to rest, in short, I have clearly seen that quitting smoking has been incredibly effective. From now on, I will gradually increase the pace each day and my goal is to exceed 20K per day by the end of the month.

It has been 66 days since I quit smoking, I feel better and healthier every day, and today I have clearly witnessed how beneficial quitting smoking is to my health, if you smoke, I strongly recommend you to quit. Life without smoking is really wonderful, and enjoy it in a healthy way.
