A Journey Through Imagination: Visiting Korea

Hi everyone,i hope our day is going smoothly,Due to the prompt in the community i decided i want my mind to travel to a city I've always admire from afar while watching kdrama's,i have never been there physically but im hoping one day my imagination will come to reality,so im writing as if im keeping diary of my first journey if i ever visit korean city,uhmm my first city will be seoul,its so popular and they mentioned it a lot in kdrama's.

The reason is that Seoul is not just the capital but also the heart of Korea where tradition and modern life meet together I imagine myself walking through the busy streets, seeing tall buildings with shining lights and at the same time turning into a corner where I can find an old palace standing proudly. My first stop will surely be Gyeongbokgung Palace. From pictures and documentaries, i dont know if i get the spellings correct cuz it looks like a place full of history and culture. I want to stand there and imagine the kings and queens who once lived there.

After that I will take a walk through Bukchon Hanok VillageI have always loved the idea of old houses and how they are preserved to remind people where they come from. going through the narrow streets, I will touch the wooden walls and maybe peep through the windows, just to feel close to history. All those ancient house where they make traditional kdrama.

And also I will not leave without visiting Namsan Tower. I can picture myself taking the cable car up the hill, my heart racing as I see the whole of Seoul spreading out beneath me that when I finally reach the tower, I will take my time to look at the city from above. I imagine it will be beautiful at night when the lights sparkle like stars on the ground. Maybe I will even add a small lock on the fence like many people do, as a memory of my first trip,imagination will not kill me all of these i watch in kdrama's.But apart from the busy city, I will also want to see Jeju Island.

The natural beauty there always catches my eye whenever I see photos. The waterfalls, the green hills, and the volcanic rocks looks beautiful. If I could, I would sit near the ocean there, close my eyes and let the wind carry my thoughts away.because i love nature and always appreciate it.

Keeping this diary in my imagination makes me realize how powerful travel can be. Even if im not being there yet, I feel connected to Korea already. One day I hope this imagination will turn real, and when that day comes I know my diary will not just be filled with dreams but with memories that I can hold onto forever.
