I carry cobwebs
in the cry of blood on my face,
a body that has your scent
and the fracture in its ribs,
a promise not to let me go
to throw myself into the void
with daggers stuck in my throat.
I took the risk of falling in love,
believing what you told the world
and I'm dead.
I confessed my sins
to the last hummingbird
at the sunflowers' funeral.
Your voice,
was none other
than
the cry of blood
on my face.

en el grito de la sangre sobre mi rostro,
cuerpo que tiene tu olor
y la fractura en sus costillas,

para lanzarme al vacío
con puñales clavados en la garganta.
Corrí el riesgo de enamorarme,
creer lo que decías a los cuatro vientos
y he muerto.
Confesé mis pecados
al último colibrí
en el funeral de los girasoles.

no era otra
sino el grito de la sangre
sobre mi rostro.
