My goodness, how quickly the time has gone by.
I had to sit down with a coffee in my hand and stop and think about what my 2023 with Hive has been like. A smile soon spread across my face because it really has been great. Although there were some goals that I had planned to achieve in my 2023, but for some reason or another I had to postpone for my 2024.

¡Dios mío! Qué rápido ha pasado el tiempo.
Me ha tocado sentarme con un café en la mano y detenerme a pensar como ha sido mi 2023 con Hive. Pronto se ha dibujado una sonrisa en mi cara porque realmente ha sido grandioso. Aunque si hubo unas metas que tenía previsto lograr en mí 2023, pero por alguna que otra razón he tenido que aplazar para mí 2024.

One of the things I had in my mind when I started the year 2023 was to get a little more involved in Hive and meet people who could join me as well as I could join them. That was the way it was.
I broke some barriers I had, such as shyness, to approach to talk to some project leaders. This is because collaborating for the @kingofduels project I was forced by my own initiative to approach people like @entrepidus, @yonnathang, @jim-crypto, @dynamicrypto and @powerpaul.
I mention them because they are people I admire, respect and am grateful to. They are one of those people that no matter what their presence, level of knowledge or status. They are willing to provide whatever information is needed to collaborate as much as possible and are open to listen to proposals to discuss until a middle ground is reached. Above all, my native language was no problem for them in communicating with me. Without a doubt, I was able to establish an excellent connection with each of them.
This made me grow professionally and to have a vision of the skills I can develop.

Una de las cosas que me mentalice cuando inicie el año 2023 fue la de involucrarme un poco más en Hive y conocer a personas que pudiesen sumarme al igual que yo a ellos. Eso fue así.
Rompí algunas barreras que tenía como era la de la timidez para acercarme a hablar con algunos lideres de proyectos. Esto porque al colaborar para el proyecto @kingofduels me vi obligada por iniciativa propia a acercarme a personas como @entrepidus, @yonnathang, @jim-crypto, @dynamicrypto y @powerpaul
Los menciono porque son personas que admiro, respeto y con las que estoy agradecida. Son de esas personas que no importa la presencia que tengan, el nivel de conocimiento o su estatus. Están dispuestos a brindar la información que sea necesaria a prestar colaboración a medida que les sea posible y están abiertos a escuchar propuestas para debatir hasta llegar a un punto medio. Sobre todo, mi idioma natal no fue problemas para ellos a la hora de comunicarnos. Sin duda, pude establecer una excelente conexión con cada uno de ellos.
Esto me hizo crecer a nivel profesional y a tener una visión de las habilidades que puedo desarrollar.

Another thing that impacted me in a positive way was.
In the process of getting more involved in the hive communities. I started to share a little more in the Hispapro Discord. Here I coincided with @crisch23 in a wonderful way because the time came when we both realized that we had a place in common and that is the State of Apure.
To my great surprise, one day I received a call from @crisch23 who very kindly invited me to his house here in Apure. What a pleasant surprise to have met such a warm, friendly person with a great spirit. We spent hours talking about everything a little bit and until then we still maintain a pleasant friendship. Well, I must say it was one of the tastiest lattes I have ever tasted in my 2023.

Otra de las cosas que me impacto de forma positiva fue.
En el proceso de involucrarme más en las comunidades de hive. Comencé a compartir un poco más en el Discord de Hispapro. Aquí coincidí con @crisch23 de una forma maravillosa porque se llego el tiempo en que ambas nos dimos cuenta de que teníamos un lugar en común y ese es el Estado Apure.
Para mi gran sorpresa, un día recibo una llamada de @crisch23 quien muy amablemente me invito a su casa aquí en Apure. Que sorpresa más agradable la de haber conocido a una persona tan cálida, amable y de un gran espíritu. Estuvimos horas hablando de todo un poco y hasta entonces seguimos manteniendo una agradable amistad. Bueno, debo decir que ha sido uno de los café con leche más sabroso que he probado en mi 2023.

Thanks to my good friend @morenow I found a way to contribute my grain of rice to Hive. How? Hive has an incredible amount of things to do. Among this, we find users who enjoy gaming but are not content creators, others are content creators but don't enjoy gaming and there are those who take advantage of tokens found in second layer and others who don't.
So @morenow starts the initiative of Splinterlands Mini Tournaments with the aim that new users who join the game have the space where to improve their gaming skills competitively and receiving some advice from those who have more time.
Here, we have the support of @bulkathos and @cpol are two great teachers of our community.
Soon the great idea was born to carry a program every week in the Discord of the community @hivenftgamela where we would announce the different tokenized projects, what they offered, how to get them and what use they could be given. This with the company of @zonadigital21 and thanks to the collaboration of the tribe leaders who openly shared with us all the necessary information.

Due to internet failures, power issues and lack of some equipment. We gave a Stop to the "Tokenautas" project that was being carried out with the @digitalspace account within the @hivenftgamela community. But, yes, it's just a Stop and soon I will give PLAY.

Gracias a mi buen amigo @morenow encontré la forma de aportar mi grano de arroz a Hive. ¿Cómo? Hive tiene una cantidad de cosas increíbles por hacer. Entre esto, encontramos usuarios que disfrutan de los juegos pero no son creadores de contenido, otros son creadores de contenido pero no disfrutan de los juegos y están los que aprovechan las ventajas de los tokens que se encuentran en segunda capa y otros que no.
Así @morenow da inicio a la iniciativa de los Mini torneos de Splinterlands con el objetivo de que los usuarios nuevos que se unen al juego tengan el espacio donde mejorar sus habilidades de juegos de forma competitiva y recibiendo algunas asesorías por parte de los que tienen más tiempo.
Aquí, contamos con el apoyo de @bulkathos y @cpol son dos grandes maestro de nuestra comunidad.
Al poco tiempo nace la gran idea de llevar un programa todas las semanas en el Discord de la comunidad @hivenftgamela donde dabamos a conocer los distintos proyectos tokenizados, lo que ofrecían, como obtenerlos y que uso darles. Esto con la compañía de @zonadigital21 y gracias a la colaboración de los lideres de las tribu quienes abiertamente nos compartieron toda la información necesaria.

Aquí nuevamente establecí algunas conexiones interesantes
Por fallas de internet, temas de energía eléctricas y falta de algunos equipos. Dimos un Stop al proyecto "Tokenautas" que se estaba llevando con la cuenta @digitalspace dentro de la comunidad @hivenftgamela. Pero, si, es solo un Stop y pronto daré PLAY.

Hive has been present in all my 2023, even when I had to move to Amazonas and stay there for a while. That, that is what I like about Hive that wherever I go Hive goes with me.
So, I consider that I have achieved several of the objectives because I was able to establish great and excellent connections.
Creating collaborations in order to involve users even more in the Hive ecosystem.
Above all, I consider that I grew as a content creator and I am currently working on something that I defined as a personal brand.

Hive a estado presente en todo mi 2023, aun cuando tuve que trasladarme hasta Amazonas y estacionarme un tiempo allá. Eso, eso es lo que me gusta de Hive que a donde quiera que voy Hive va conmigo.
Entonces, considero que he logrado varios de los objetivos porque logre establecer grandes y excelentes conexiones.
Crear colaboraciones en busca de involucrar aún más a los usuarios en el ecosistema de Hive.
Sobre todo considero que crecí como creador de contenido y actualmente ya me encuentro trabajando en algo que definí como marca personal.

Oops, I forgot to mention that this year I increased my presence in Hive thanks to a delegation of 10k HP that I won for participating in a Hive ignition and which I took advantage of for the time I had it, and a few months later I won a delegation of 50k $thgaming token $thgaming that has allowed me to increase my stake.
I take this opportunity to invite @bulkathos, @buiitre and @wuildiarablox to tell how was their 2023 with Hive.
So, it really went great for me.

Ups, olvidaba mencionar que este año incremente mi presencia en Hive gracias a una delegación de 10k de HP que me gane por participar en un encendido de Hive y al cual le saque provecho por el tiempo que la tuve, y unos meses más tarde me gane una delegación de 50k de token $thgaming que me ha permitido incrementar mi stake.
