Pregnancy is not a burden but a blessing to every mothers, therefore take good measures in making sure you and the baby is safe.

Some Thing To Consider

Eating beans during pregnancy offers numerous benefits due to their nutritional profile.

They are a great source of protein, Iron and folate - all crucial for both the mother's and the baby's health and development.

Beans also provide fiber, which also provide and relieved common pregnancy discomfort like constipation.

Beans also have folic acid which is the key for pregnant women because it reduces the chance of spinal cord birth defects.
It also provide more Red blood cells that carry oxygen for the mother's and the baby's.

A PREGNANT WOMAN ShOULD TAKE FRUIT IN THE MORNING And BEFORE BEDTIME:

Fruits also Rich in folate, Vitamin C, vitamin B6 and Omega -3 fatty
Fruits that provide these proteins are :
Orange, Avocado and walnut, Banana is for their antioxidant content. Try this and have a healthy baby.

Drinking enough water during the day time to avoid hydration is very helpful. It will also help the foetus in the womb to be more active. Taking a warm water early morning or coconut water is also healthy during this gestation period.

Having some major exercise to keep the pelvic active, strong is very important. And at least a 15-30 minute walk every day.

In conclusion: pregnancy is one of best experience every woman will wish to have, irrespective of the experience through out the duration. With the few tips listed above, even though not exhausted all , but these few will help the pregnant women.
