How l Manage My Anger.

Hello everyone, happy new day and week to you all, I hope we are all doing great and I must say we are all excited to be among the hive family right.

OK......we have a very remarkable topic to discuss or emphasise on, talking about anger management or how to managed, control or tackle our anger from escalating.

Let me give a clues on what anger is ?

Anger can be seen as a complex and universal emotion with a range or characterized by feeling of intense frustration, hostility toward a person or object, it can be physically, emotionally and behaviorally.

That is to say all human being have their own anger issues base on different perspective and ways to control it from escalating to violent, most times we get to see people anger over a very little thing that is not worth it, sure , anger is mostly triggered over very little situation base on my own life experience with people and friends around me.

I must say what trigger my anger most is when someone lack integrity, for instance making a promise and not fulfilling really hurt me a lot, I didn't know about u,but for me it really get to my nerve, another things that trigger my anger is this world "punctual".

While in school ,I had a little issues with my friends because of this, for instance having a class by 9:am in the morning, then the worse of it is that , you come see them unprepared, maybe doing one or two, Ha!!! Na where wahala go start oo!! I will say my mind because the more I kept quiet, the more it hurt.

But biochemically, base on my own field of study,I get to understand that there are certain hormones in our body that relate or contribute to anger.

There is this hormone called serotonin ( mood stabilizer) determine mood, stress and response.
There is this basic one we are all familiar with, from secondary school biology, hormone stressing "adrenaline" we called it emergency hormone because it trigger fight or flight response, so anger is trigger by the released of stress hormone like cortisol and adrenaline.

We all know that if anger is not control or maintain at it optimum state or level,it can escalate to serious health consequences including depression and anxiety, cardiovascular diseases and digestive problems.

Here are some strategic in anger control

Listen to music : I do this most time, whenever am angry ,just listen to cool music that touch the heart, it will go a long way to shape the situation to keep you safe, or better still watching television and drama shows.

Take a walk: this another way to tackles anger issue, you try take a walk or better Still leave that particular environment, find a cool comfort zone to relax yourself , doing this high risk of violent can be avoided.

I made a promise, not to let anger reduce my steeze, that can only happen base on how I tackle it.

Everyone has the right to be angry but we must all find a way to tame our anger to avoid it escalating to issues that will end up affecting our well being..
