We call this food here in Philippines as a Hotcake, looks very yummy and I am thinking of eating this now.. yummm!

We make Hotcakes here, too, but with wheat flour! Cachapas are made with tender corn. If in the Philippines they are available, I could live there... 😍

Hmm I we have food here using tender corn too but different, I would be surprise if you would visit or live here because so many foreigners are living in the Philippines because they like the weather,food, beaches and the low cost of living. Many foreigner's even the older had married Filipina. Come and visit the Philippines and see it by yourself.
