Enough sleep is really important because if we lack sleep our immune systems would be weak and we would become prone to any sickness. We need at least seven hours of sleep so we have the energy to do our daily task. We can focus on our activity and be alert the whole day.

You are correct. Sleep is essential in life as it is our weapon to do all the tasks that we want to be done. Lack of sleep may harm our health like what I am feeling right now. I have been having a vertigo attack since yesterday. I feel dizzy and all I want to do is sleep to get rid of this feeling.
