All I know is that there seem to have been a lot more referrals and new people in just the last 2 weeks.
All of the top 20 on the Leaderboard have at least one or some referrals it seems, and that was not the case just a week or two ago!

No it has been around for quite a bit. I have just noticed a lot more referral activity in the last 1 or 2 weeks.
