Travel to Mata Ie swimming pool // A natural tourist destination that offers beauty and satisfaction - The water is clear and comes directly from the mountains.

When one of my friends invited me to go for a walk to a remote area, all I had in mind was an ordinary place surrounded by nature, but when I got there I was immediately amazed because the place was a swimming pool whose water came directly from the mountains, the water was bluish green and looked very fresh, and yes this was in the Mata Ie area which was a little far from the center of Banda Aceh, the distance was probably around 16 kilometers and could be reached in around 30 minutes by motorbike.

This was my trip yesterday, and I got this invitation when I stated that the atmosphere was very hot, the clock showed 12 noon and that was a normal thing, but suddenly my friend invited me to a place that would change this hot atmosphere to be fresh, at first he didn't say that he would invite me to the swimming pool, and I just followed his invitation.

And this trip was also done when the sun was very hot, moreover we had to pass through a very crowded city atmosphere, stop at intersections because of red lights, there were always problems that had to be passed

I still can't memorize all the roads in Banda Aceh city, so there are still many roads that I don't know and I just need to pay attention and remember them. One moment that I will never forget on this trip, namely when a little boy who was cycling was almost hit by a motorbike when he was about to cross the road, it was because of the little boy's carelessness.

I don't know what was on the little boy's mind, but I managed to capture the moment because I had seen his strange behavior from a distance, but fortunately the motorcyclist still had time to brake his motorbike and the little boy managed to cross the road without any accidents.

On this trip, we stopped four times because of red lights, which is normal, because we were traveling on the highway, and the reason my friend didn't take the village road was because the distance would be further.

But when I stopped for the second time, I managed to see a beautiful view of a mosque building right on the side of the road.

But we did not stop at the area of ​​the mosque building and preferred to continue the journey. The journey continued as usual until suddenly my friend felt very hot and he decided to look for a suitable area to rest for a while, until finally we managed to find a mosque building right on the side of the road.

This mosque has a beauty that made me interested in capturing it, its modern architecture makes this building look very impressive, I had time to photograph the mosque building from several different sides but at that time I only captured its beauty from the outside, because when my friend felt fresh again, we immediately continued our journey again.

Every road we passed felt foreign to me, because honestly I had never passed this road before, even hearing the name of the place we wanted to go to was still foreign to me, apart from that I just surrendered to my friend's invitation and I just hoped that what is called inner satisfaction could be obtained when I arrived at that place.

Actually, there were many things I wanted to ask my friend, but at that time my friend often drove his motorbike at high speed so I chose to keep quiet and only asked when I had arrived at my destination.

My curiosity came when I passed this village road, in front of it there was a small tunnel with a long bridge above it, the thing I wanted to ask was where this bridge was, because as far as I could remember this bridge was not too foreign to me, but I chose to ask about it when I had arrived at my destination.

About 7 minutes after passing through this area, we finally arrived at our destination. In the parking area, this place looks like a regular place and there is nothing unique that I can see.

I felt a little calm at that time because the atmosphere in this place was very cool, but after my friend finished paying for parking and buying entrance tickets, we started walking towards the middle of this place, and from a distance I heard the sound of trickling water in the river and from here my friend gave all the information about our trip and destination. It turned out that our destination was a swimming pool in a remote area and uniquely this swimming pool is a pure river that has been decorated like a pool with the addition of some concrete on the side of the river.

Arriving at the pool, I saw that many visitors were already swimming. At first, my friend asked me to take a break while eating, and I followed his invitation because I was also very hungry.

After we finished eating, we immediately walked to the pool to swim, and this is where I realized the truth of what my friend said about this place, namely that this place is a place that can change the atmosphere from hot to fresh, and this is clear because the water in this river comes directly from the mountains.

Many visitors come to this place with their families, but there are also those who come with friends and partners. This place has three main swimming pools, each of which has its own depth, however, to get satisfaction, I often swim in the deep pool.

I don't remember how long I swam in this pool, but I got out when I was completely satisfied, and capturing this moment was a must for me.

And as the evening progressed, the number of visitors who came here also increased, making the atmosphere more crowded and lively. I really enjoyed this trip and this was a big surprise given to me by my friend.
