Resting in Inen Mayak Teri Park // Attending my uncle's wedding party until it ended in Takengon city

Good night to all my beloved hive friends ♥️

Today is a very tiring day for me, Starting from the morning I have to attend my uncle's wedding party which is held at his wife's house located in Tingkeum Bersatu village, the village has also entered Bener Meriah district and coincidentally the distance is also not too far from the city center of Takengon, so after attending my uncle's wedding party, I also took the time to visit the city of Takengon, of course there are many exciting things and moments that happen, and it will be very interesting for us to discuss thoroughly here.

Let's start

This morning I was woken up by my grandfather, and he reminded me that today is my youngest uncle's wedding day, hearing that statement I immediately woke up and rushed to take a shower, after everything was done I immediately went to my uncle's house and there were already many people who would also attend my uncle's party, in my area this tradition is often called Intat Linto, namely the groom will be escorted by his family to his wife's house, and as a welcome, the bride's house has also prepared a luxurious event at her house or often called a wedding event.

After everything was done, we immediately left at exactly 7 am, this trip was deliberately done in the morning so that the groom (my uncle) would be able to arrive at his wife's house on time, considering the distance was also very far, the road we took was also the road to Takengon city,so I had to be careful on the road even though I was still a little sleepy

I thought my uncle's wife's house was close to the highway, but it turned out to be wrong, because her house was very far from the highway and we had to enter a fairly far country road, but fortunately the road to get there was paved. At exactly 10 am, we all finally arrived there, and at my uncle's wife's house a very luxurious event had been made and it was intended as a welcoming for the groom (my uncle), I really enjoyed it, there were so many exciting moments that happened there.

Because the distance between this village and the city center of Takengon is not far anymore, it would be a shame if I did not continue this journey to the city, and fortunately some of my friends also had the same intentions and goals as me, namely visiting the city of Takengon.

After saying goodbye to my uncle, we finally decided to travel to the city of Takengon. We made this trip exactly at half past 2 in the afternoon, and the cloudy weather made me a little panicked at that time, but because of strong encouragement from my friends, I tried to continue to enjoy this trip.

At one point, I saw my friends all stop at the side of the road, and it turned out they stopped to take photos at a place where the soil was red, yes red soil.

The red soil also looked quite interesting and managed to attract all of our attention to approach it, after everything was finished we immediately continued our journey to the city. Exactly at 3 pm, we all finally arrived in the city of Takengon, and I estimated the distance from my uncle's wife's house to the city of Takengon was only about an hour.

However, what I had previously feared happened, namely, right when we had arrived in the urban area, it suddenly started to rain, starting with a drizzle and continuing very heavily, of course we had to find a place to take shelter, fortunately our location at that time was not far from the location of the Inen Mayak Teri park, so we all went straight to the park to rest and take shelter from the heavy rain.

In the park there are many huts with roofs, so we can all take shelter from the rain, fortunately the rain did not last long, and maybe only 10 minutes, after the rain started to stop we started to explore the park.

On the park walls there are also many beautiful paintings, this is a work of art and each painting must have a deep meaning, this is one of the beautiful views in this park, after capturing the fence area, I started walking towards the center of the park.

The size of this park is also not too big, but I can see a lot of garden decorations that have the shape of a gate, I myself do not know the meaning, and this is also my first time visiting this park. In addition, we also did not see anyone in this park other than us, so I did not manage to get any information about this park.

Some romantic chairs are also available in this park which indicates that this is a living park. I will definitely visit this park again on my next visit, my curiosity is still there in this park, and I will definitely find out the history of this park. The drizzle fell again and made us all confused at that time, whether we should go home immediately or continue our journey in Takengon city.

And this is the most strategic area in this park, my friends and I also had time to take pictures in front of this sign, even though the weather at that time was not good, but we still tried to enjoy this trip, the goal was so that everything did not feel in vain.

It was a good chance to visit this city as it was already near the wedding's venue. The rain didn't stop you from exploring the place and strolling around. This park is well-decorated and colorful. You had a good time with your companions. Safe ride always!

The downside is that I don't know the history of this park, but believe me, I will try to find out this information.
Thank you very much for your support and kind comments my friend.
