Pidie Jaya City Park // A city park that offers stunning natural panoramas

This is about a short trip that I did yesterday morning, this trip I did with 5 friends, and one of them is my partner. This trip is to a famous tourist spot in the city of Pidie Jaya and or often called the City Park, starting in the morning and arriving there almost noon, this is very natural because throughout the trip we were showered with quite heavy rain, so we had to stop often to find shelter, the unpredictable weather makes it very difficult for us to predict it, so there is nothing to do but enjoy it.

Actually, on this trip I had brought complete equipment such as a raincoat and some other equipment, but I still had to stop because some of my friends did not bring raincoats, because this was a trip that was done together so whatever happens we have to experience it together too.Of the many places I stopped by, there was one place that took up quite a bit of our time, namely the mosque area. At that time, it rained for almost an hour and was very heavy, but that did not dampen our intention to visit Pidie Jaya City Park. At that time, we only hoped that the rain would stop soon so that we could continue our journey.

Apart from stopping because of the rain, I also stopped several times just to capture every beautiful moment that happened, and this happened when we arrived at a bridge, and this bridge is both a bridge and the boundary of the city of Bireuen.

What is interesting here is not the bridge, but the tourist area under this bridge.

This is a river tour called Bate Iliek, Bate Iliek is a river tour destination that has been around for a long time, the water in this river comes directly from the mountains so the water looks very clean and cool, in my entire life I have visited this tourist spot dozens of times even when I was little, many tourists come with their families here, plus the natural atmosphere is still beautiful making this place very suitable as a place of recreation while doing some activities such as grilling fish.However, now this tourist spot is rarely visited, even several times I passed by it I always saw this place empty, whatever the cause, hopefully this place will return to how it was before, namely crowded with visitors.

But when we stopped because of the rain, I didn't have time to capture it because 40% of our clothes were wet because of the rain. I don't really remember how long we spent on this trip, but we were very happy when we arrived at a very popular flyover in the city of Pidie Jaya, besides this bridge is also the only access to the area that is the center of the Pidie Jaya city government such as the regent's office and several other government offices.

On this bridge I stopped for a moment to capture some of the beauty offered by this place.

Luckily, it hasn't rained in this area and the sun is still very hot. But the problem is I can't stand to stay on this bridge for long, because the sun's rays feel very hot on my shoulders Lol. I continued my journey until I arrived at a very cool area, because there were many large trees growing on the side of the road, and again this was a rain tree

I had a few minutes to rest in this area of ​​the road, but some of my friends had already continued their journey to the park area, and it was not a problem because the distance from where I rested to the park was only about 300 meters.

I don't remember how many minutes I spent resting, but after feeling satisfied, I immediately continued my journey to the city park.

As soon as I arrived at the city park, I was immediately shocked when I saw some of my friends already eating there Lol, I immediately approached them and they said that they were really hungry and couldn't stand the condition of their stomachs any longer.

But it was different for me, before doing this trip I had breakfast so that at that time I didn't eat at the stall again and chose to explore the park area first. The next place I visited was the chair area which was very strategically located, because it was right on the edge of the lake.

And on the edge of the lake, you can see several visitors hanging out there. Apart from the chairs, we can also see several beautiful decorations and there is a small monument that says Welcome to Pidie Jaya City Park.

I myself do not know how old this tourist spot is, but if you pay attention, this place has been around for a long time and this can be seen from several areas that have been abandoned, such as the children's play area and several boats that have been collected in the garbage dump, but I am not too curious about this because the natural beauty in front of my eyes is more interesting.

The natural beauty offered by this place really caught my attention, so I decided to order a cup of coffee and sit on the edge of the lake, it was really delicious, a cup of coffee with a beautiful natural view.

I spent about 30 minutes just sitting while sipping a cup of coffee, the beautiful view of the lake also did not escape my sight, but at that time I saw some of my friends who had ordered a small boat service, and according to the information I got, the boat would take tourists around the lake.

At that time I was also very curious about the boat but I didn't dare to get on because I was afraid of getting seasick later, according to my experience when riding a speedboat in the tawar sea a few months ago, at that time I felt very dizzy and seasick, so at that time I only saw a few of my friends who got on.
