Peaceful atmosphere at the end of the fishing village beach

Good night to all my beloved hive friends ♥️

In this post I will tell you about my experience when visiting Laksamana Village or what I often call a fishing village. This was a trip at the request of my grandfather with the aim of visiting his younger sibling house in the village, coincidentally his younger sibling house is also on the beach, so there were many exciting moments that happened when we arrived in the village, this is what we will discuss thoroughly here.

Let's start

Today I saw my grandfather's face full of anxiety, until finally I started to ask what he was thinking, after chatting for a while it turned out that my grandfather was missing his sick younger sibling in Laksamana village, he was worried but could not visit him, because his old age did not allow him to travel alone on the highway, hearing that statement made me very touched so I decided to invite him to go to the village with the aim of taking him to meet his younger sibling.

The journey started at 01.00 pm, and we arrived at the village exactly at 01.40 minutes, the distance was not too far, but under the hot sun made me feel quite hot. As soon as we arrived at Laksamana village, my grandfather immediately went to his younger sibling's house and went straight inside, it turned out to be true as my grandfather had worried, his younger sibling was indeed sick but his condition had improved a little, I don't know exactly how old they are, but my grandfather and his younger sibling are very old.

After chatting for a while in the house, I finally went straight out to go to the beach, coincidentally the house also faced the beach and the distance from the house to the beach was only about 100 meters.

The weather at that time was also very hot, the sun felt quite hot but the wind from the sea was blowing quite hard, so I just had to find a shady area to be able to enjoy the beauty of this beach. At that time the sea water was also high, and the sea waves were visible hitting the rocks that border the beach.

That is the function of this beach boundary stone, namely to break the waves, you can imagine if there were no such stone, when the sea water was high, it would definitely reach the yards of the residents' houses on the beach.

Because at that time I was alone on the beach, so I didn't have any plans and didn't know what to do, I kept walking on the rocks until I arrived at a river which was probably about 200 meters from where I parked my motorbike.

Curiosity made me approach the river, this is the end of the river or often called the river mouth, but its size is not too big but also not too small, I was curious to approach the river because I wanted to make sure whether there were a lot of fish in the river or not, this is related to my desire to fish lol.In the river area there are also many shady trees that make the atmosphere very cool. On the edge of the river I also had time to rest for a while while enjoying the beautiful natural charm.

After being satisfied exploring the beach area, I decided to return to the starting point again. When I arrived there, I saw several small children playing on the beach.

I also had a chat with some small children, it turned out that their purpose in playing on the beach was to wait for their father to come home from the sea, coincidentally at that time it was already 03.30 in the afternoon, and that was when many fishermen came home from the sea.

These are some boats parked on the beach, but if you look closely, the boats are still good and still in use, what makes me interested in these boats are the paintings on the walls of the boats, many creative people paint interesting objects so that their boats have their own appeal.

And I saw my grandfather sitting on the edge of the beach, but not long after that I remembered one thing, namely that my uncle had not returned from the sea, most likely my grandfather was also waiting for my uncle to return. After waiting for about 30 minutes, from a distance I saw my uncle's boat approaching the shore, and that was a sign that my uncle had come home.

This is a machine that functions to pull boats to the shore, and there are also several residents there who are ready to help every fisherman who returns from the sea, and I am sure they are also fishermen.

From the pictures above, it can be seen how fishermen pull boats to the shore. First, some people have pushed the wheels to the shore, and when they reach the boat, the wheels will be placed under the boat so that the boat has wheels that make it easier to pull to the shore. It sounds easy, but it's different when we do it,because I was curious, I tried to help another boat to be pulled to the shore, and it turned out to be very difficult because the waves in the sea kept hitting the boat so it was very difficult to straighten the wheel right under the boat, but with cooperation, this can be resolved easily

After my uncle's boat was successfully pulled to the shore, I immediately approached his boat to see how many fish he had caught, and my grandfather also immediately approached his boat with the aim of buying fish. Of course, the fish caught by fishermen who had just returned from the sea were still very fresh.

At that time my grandfather bought two fish, but I did not know the name of the fish. After buying the fish, my grandfather sat back down with his younger sibling to continue chatting, about 20 minutes finally everything was finished and we immediately decided to go home.On the way home I saw my grandfather's face filled with happiness, as his grandson I felt quite proud because I had succeeded in making him happy.

I understand why your grandad was worried by the way the village of his siblings looks lovely, they are lucky to love near the beach and you made amazing shots of the fishing boats 💓

Does the area flood? Is it possible to swim here?

I enjoyed reading about daily life here. Often you get it from perspective of a tourist so it's more interesting from a local.

Fresh fish is so good!

According to information I got from the villagers, when the sea water rises, the water will reach the yards of residents' houses, so the existence of the breakwater is very helpful in reducing the risk of sea water rising into the yards of residents' houses. Many residents also swim here, especially in the afternoon

I try to continue to capture every moment that happens, I think this is the right choice because I want all my friends to be able to feel what I feel.

Glad you like my post, thank you very much for your support and good comments, I really appreciate it
