FAIRYLAND // Romantic atmosphere of the Lighting Show Ride in Langsa City

In this post I will share my experience when visiting a ride that is currently booming in Langsa city, namely the Lighting Show ride with the theme Fantasy Garden. Of course this is a ride that should not be missed because it is only held for about 45 days starting from September 27 and ending on November 9, 2025 and this ride opens at half past 8 and closes at half past 11 at night.This ride is held in the protected forest area of ​​Langsa city so access to this ride is also very close and easy.I got information about this ride from my social media and out of curiosity I immediately visited it last night.

On the way to the Lighting Show ride, I experienced a very bad problem, namely, it was raining very heavily, which required me to look for a place to take shelter. It rained for about half an hour and this caused water to pool in several areas of the road.

Actually, it was raining when I arrived in the center of Langsa city and at that time I chose to take shelter in the area of ​​​​Langsa city's independence square, actually I was hesitant to continue this journey because I was worried that further rain would fall again and what I was more afraid of was the power outage, I thought long and hard at that time and right when the rain had stopped, finally I decided to continue this journey, but before that I also had time to immortalize the view of Langsa city's independence square at night.

From the independence square of Langsa city, it only took me about 8 minutes to arrive at the entrance gate of the protected forest. Once there, I immediately paid the parking fee which was priced at IDR 5,000 in Indonesian currency or the equivalent of 1.6 Hive prices at the moment.

Arriving at the Lighting Show Ride, I immediately parked my motorbike in the parking lot provided there, and after that I immediately walked to enter the ride, but before that I had to buy an entrance ticket first, for weekdays the ticket price is IDR 20,000 in Indonesian currency or the equivalent of 6.5 Hive prices for now, but on big days the ticket price will be increased to IDR 30,000 in Indonesian currency per person.

After everything was finished, I immediately entered the ride, from the main area I was immediately greeted with an extraordinary view with hundreds of brightly shining colorful tulips.

According to the information I got from the officers there, in this ride there are three hundred thousand flowers that will light up at night, and these flowers are plastic tulips, besides the beauty offered by these flowers in this ride we can also see many colorful lights that make the surrounding atmosphere feel very romantic.

The drizzle was still falling but that did not make this place deserted of visitors, even that night I could estimate that visitors who came to this ride were more than hundreds of people, many visitors came to this place with their families, and many visitors also came with their partners, in my opinion this ride is very suitable to visit with a partner because it can provide a romantic impression and a very peaceful atmosphere.

10 minutes in this place makes me feel like I'm in another world or more precisely in a fairy tale land, everything offered by this place feels so amazing, the twinkling colorful lights also give a different sensation, everyone also has their own way to immortalize this moment.

This is the first Lighting Show ride in Langsa city, so it is not surprising that many people flock to this place, especially since this ride is only around 45 days, so of course many people do not want to miss this rare moment, but the drawback that I felt at that time was the size of this ride which was not too big so that many visitors had to jostle when they wanted to walk or want to take pictures, but this other side is what is proof that this ride has succeeded in attracting the interest of visitors

Initially, the Langsa city protected forest was only crowded with visitors during the day, but since the presence of the Lighting Show Ride, the Langsa city protected forest has immediately transformed into a romantic nighttime tourist destination full of light and color.

I may not have explored this ride 100%, but what is certain is that there are two different areas in this ride but still in one theme, namely Fantasy Garden. After exploring this first area, I immediately rushed to the second area, and I will share this experience in my next post.
