(ES-EN) En el hospital/ In the Hospital

La historia es tan larga que me agota contarla, pero a la vez me calma. Hoy abuelo no despertó muy bien. Casi no quería ni podía caminar así que como la situación de fue agravando, con la ayuda de un amigo nos fuimos en carro para la provincia , en Camagüey para hacerle todos los chequeos necesarios y saber de una vez por todas con exactitud que tiene.

Después de pasarlo por el somatón, análisis de orina, análisis de sangre, rayos x, ultrasonido, electrocardiograma y otros análisis necesarios, dictaminaron que lo que tiene es dengue. Así que lo dejaron ingresado, le estoy cuidando yo. Las condiciones aquí no son las mejores verdaderamente, pero bueno es lo que toca durante unos cuantos días hasta que ya él esté mejor. Por mi parte estoy bastante destruida, me duele mucho la columna por cargar con el peso de mi abuelo todo el tiempo, casi no como ni bebo agua porque se me olvida.

Ahora para yo poder dormir, subo los pies en una parte de la cama que se encuentra libre, es realmente incómodo dormir en una silla en el hospital. Pero nada, aquí estamos. Estoy segura de que de esta salimos.

2am y aún no puedo dormirme del todo, haré un esfuerzo por descansar ❤️

The story is so long that it exhausts me to tell it, but at the same time it calms me down. Today grandpa didn't wake up very well. He barely wanted to nor could he walk, so as the situation worsened, with the help of a friend we went by car to the province, in Camagüey, to do all the necessary check-ups and find out once and for all exactly what he has.

After taking him through the somaton, urinalysis, blood tests, x-rays, ultrasound, electrocardiogram and other necessary tests, they ruled that what he has is dengue. So they left him admitted, I'm taking care of him. The conditions here are not really the best, but it's good for a few days until he is better. For my part, I am quite destroyed, my spine hurts a lot from carrying my grandfather's weight all the time, I hardly eat or drink water because I forget.

Now in order for me to sleep, I put my feet up on a part of the bed that is free, it is really uncomfortable to sleep in a chair in the hospital. But nothing, here we are. I'm sure we'll get out of this.

2am and I still can't fall asleep completely, I'll make an effort to rest ❤️
