Rest no more.

When I was got done with secondary school, i stayed at home all day, sleeping, eating and doing minor house chores our house help was always doing her job perfectly and so i had nothing to worry about. I continued this way until I became very lazy and found works like cooking, washing, cleaning hard to do. So when my dad noticed, he first stopped me from watching movies and later on from sleeping when there are things to be done.
My mom wasn't so comfortable with that and kept on telling my dad to let me rest and allow our servant to do the job she was paid for. My dad responded "let her rest no more, she's been rest for decades now. Let her start learning how to do things and take care of the home and herself, she's growing into a lady can't you see?"
That's how I started waking up early, cooking, and doing other major works. I was determined and so did not mind the unconvinces some of the works i did caused me. I was always looking forward to make my future self happy with me.
