Your reflection is so true asking for help is one of the hardest yet bravest things we can do. It takes humility, strength, and trust. Sometimes courage isn’t about fighting alone, but about letting others fight with us.

Completely in agree with you, @ritachimdi . We didn't evolve has individuals from thousand of years, but has a social animal. Off course that our personal and individual skills are very important, but we have to rely on each other to make it a strong impulse
