The yorubas indeed take education very important, it is had not to find a professor in every linage in a yoruba community, it is different here where parents are still taught themselves the importance of education. it will be surprising for you to hear that even in the FCT recently, a government owned primary school was on strike for the whole of the term and part of the term before because the government failed in their responsibilty. Education here in the FCT government or not is very expensive even for the ones that wants to go to school.
