MY MUSICAL EVOLUTION ON HIVE BLOCKCHAIN

The hive blockchain is a web3 platform that houses different communities, among which are communities that encourage musicians and lovers of music all over the world to sing and share their talents on the internet, through the aid of hive communities on the hive blockchain. The hive blockchain communities like Afri-tunes community host musical concerts every week, where musicians come individually to render songs of African origin, the vibes web3 music competition, where music artists come together to contest for prices, and other music communities that promote music. This has for a while encouraged me to learn how to sing and also understand what music is from a bigger perspective, I remember vividly how terrible my fast performance was on the hive blockchain, was not audible enough, and I was moving from key to key not knowing what I was doing entirely.

As time goes on with consistency and a lot of practice, I am only getting better day by day. At first, I was finding it so difficult to select, rehearse and present my songs, but with constant efforts, I have found it easier in comparison to when I started. There has been a lot of encouragement and correction from others who are better at singing and also who understand music better than myself. I never knew what it meant to sing on key or what the keys were or even knowing what it meant by going off key, but with the help of my brethren Mr. Olu Thomas, Mr. Akwash and my dear sir Franco and others I might not be able to mention, I find myself doing better, and I can see a steady improvement in my performance day by day.

The hive blockchain has encouraged me further to learn the guitar and I am very motivated to do so. The hive blockchain has become a connecting medium for me to meet Mr. Daniel Kuyet who is willing to teach me the guitar, though distance may seem to be a barrier, I believe it is not enough barrier to stop me.

I have always been a lover of music so much so that I also love singing, wanted to join my church band at some point in my life but didn’t quite have a strong motivation to lead me into it, but thanks to the hive blockchain, I have been singing and rehearsing songs for quite a while now. Singing has become what I do now, it is a part of me, and sometimes it serves as therapy to me in times when I am sad and moody. My participation in the hive blockchain has helped me do all that. Music has also helped me financially, without the hive blockchain, I wouldn’t have gone close to singing.

My friends have been astonished and also happy for me to have found something I love doing which is singing in communities on the hive blockchain, at first they had to ask for evidence to believe what I said because I have always shied away from things like this especially when it had to do with an online presence, but with the hive blockchain it was different.
