LIVING A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE
Today, I will be sharing my personal experience with illness and the decision not to take the conventional medication but to change my diet.
On a faithful day, my friend and his wife were relocating to a different country, and I decided to go say goodbye before their trip. On getting to the house, both my friend's parent and his wife's parent, who were older, were also present to bid them goodbye. It was morning, and I was served tea and bread for breakfast, and they decided to also serve me stew (fried tomato) to use with the bread. What I noticed with the stew was that it looked like it had stayed in the refrigerator for a long and I was not used to eating something that had stayed that long in the refrigerator. This gave me a serious stomach upset and caused me to start purging almost immediately.
I visited the hospital soon, and after a series of tests, it was discovered that I was infected with the H-pylori virus, which was a type of ulcer. I was then given a series of medications which I was supposed to take for a week, but at the end of the week, I was still not better. Went back the second time and was placed on the same medication, but this time for two weeks. But I was still not better after the medication. That was when I met someone who advised me to change my diet, to stop eating much pepper or peppery meals, stop the intake of citrus fruits and carbonated drinks and other fries. I decided to adhere to the advice given to me, and since then, I have been reminded fine.
Apart from this experience of mine, I have also heard about some solutions to some ailment that don't result to taking conventional medication. An instance of this is sex for headaches for women, and stomach aches for men. When a woman has migraine or when a man is always complaining of stomach pain, the solution is to engage in intercourse, and the pain will go away after some time.
The best way to stay healthy is to take preventive measures, for people from the part of the world I’m from, changing of life style could be as little as taking good care of yourself, we are faced severely with malaria which is gotten from mosquito bite, if we can take care of our environment, keep it neat and always sleep in mosquito net, one while not fall sick and results to taking medication for malaria as a result of mosquito bites.
Habits of eating well and not eating much could be adopted, eating balanced meals and in good intervals, not a situation where you eat too much and quantity without quality. What you eat translates to your health; eating well will keep you away from the hospital for a long period. It is advised to welcome the habit of taking more fruits and vegetables in our meals, and also lots of protein. These nourish our bodies and help us fight diseases.

I'm kinda confused about this part, does it also mean engaging in premarital sex? 🤔 well, perhaps best ideal for married couples.
Changing one's diet is sometimes what an individual needs to remain healthy and okay.
it is what i heard say my dear, not tested and proven to be right. but if it is I guess it is ideal for the married and the promiscuous.
Not eating too much and and eating a good balanced diet is a win for me. Nice write up
thank you!
