Splinterlands: What will change? Now with 2 Companies.

The company splitted in two and we'll talk about the changes behind it.

Splitting of Company

With the aim of not letting it get to the point it reached again, they decided to separate the companies, with everything separated.

The one responsible for Genesis League and technologies will be Inventium with Agrro as the CEO of the company.

One the other hand, at splinterlands we'll have the maing game + Soulkeepers being lead by Yaba, which I prefer because he seems more rational and does what is needed for the best of the game.

I believe this will be beneficial because they will be 100% focused on each project.

Changes at the Splinterlands Side

This is the second time the team is being shortened, which could mean: the company is not generating revenue to support the team, or the company's fixed costs have always been high.

They made sales to raise funds, but did not deliver on their promises. Before, they saw sales as a solution, but without delivery, that money eventually runs out.

During the Town Hall, Yabamatt revealed they were not focusing on the long-term game, on how the economy would be sustainable, and this will be done from now on. The bad thing is that it shows that until now investors thought that this was the thinking from the beginning and it wasn't...

Many sales of products that are not even close to being launched, making this bill more likely to be paid in the future.

Yaba will also look for capital to be an investor so that they don't have to worry about expenses and have to find a way to raise money in a hurry, and can focus on the long term.

Rebellion Packs

At the town hall, they started talking about how the packs will be sold, which made me a little worried, because it was one of the points they wanted to avoid, selling items without delivering. The Proposal was for the DAO to pay $250k from treasure to the splinterlands team to make this sale, giving players autonomy. The results will be split 50-50.
