Splinterlands 🚀| Upgrading my Deck with Glint! [EN/PT]
Another season in Splinterlands and to start I decided to spend some Glints on 50x Rare Draws, inspired by a BronzeDragon video I saw on YouTube. Come and discover the reason behind this and also how the Deck was upgraded with all these new rare cards.

⚔️ Gladius Upgrades ⚔️
Shopping | When a new season arrives and the time for Glint purchases begins, the first thing I always get is the 2k merits for 2k Glint, because it guarantees a Gladius Case at a good price, thus getting 5 strong cards to strengthen my deck that is behind the Gladius collection in general.
By adding the Merits I already had I managed to buy a good amount of Gladius Case, 6 in total. However, no very interesting cards came, only common ones and some rare ones came. I even thought there was a rare one that I didn't have, the Ajax LightFoot, but when I went to see it I already had it too.
The good thing is that even if no epic or legendary cards have arrived, I'm still collecting them to level up the Common and Rare Gladius. With all these I managed to level up several cards to Level 3: Krash Wanderford (3); Alva the Crusher (3); Katrelba Gobson (3); Helmet Kharafax (3); Hugo Strongsword (3); Witch of Warwick (3).
✨ Glint Shop - Deck Upgrades ✨
Inspired by a recent video by Bronzedragons, in which he tried to focus on rare packs to maximize Rare Soulbound Summoners, I decided to get 50x Rare Draws, looking to advance a few levels in my Rare Summoners until I reach somewhere between lvl 4 and 5, which It's already enough for my current Deck.
Still, the idea seemed really good to me, since I haven't had much luck with the Major and Ultimate chests. Not to mention that a Rare pack is cheaper than a Major which may come with some less useful items such as energy, potions and merits that won't improve my deck.
20x Rare Draws | I decided to split the opening, to see how it would go and I ended up liking the result, which made me continue opening Rare Draws until the number of 50 packs! In the first one, using 10k of Glint I got 20x Rare Draws and as expected a good amount of Summoners.
They were: 5x Lobb Lowland; 3x Franz Ruffmane and Helios; 1x Octavia, Pembrook and Eternan Brunne.
20x Rare Draws | In another 20x rare pack openings came: Another 3x Helios and this time many Octavias, 5x in total. There were also 2x Franz and one of his Gold Foils. Finally, there was 1x Pembrook Nymph.
10x Rare Draws | My last purchase was 10x Rare Draws, in which I got 3x Pembrook Nymph, 1x Bune and 1x Helios Common and the coolest thing was that I got 1x Helios Gold Foil
With all these 50x Rare Draws in the end, the Deck Upgrade was as follows for Summoners:
- I managed to upgrade Octavia to Level 3;
- Pembrook Nymph went to Level 2;
- My highest level SoulBound summoner is now Lobb Lowland at Level 4.
As for the monster cards, the Deck Upgrade was as follows:
- Pyrewatch Devil went to Level 3;
- Riverboat Captain advanced to LVL 4, gaining the Affliction skill;
- Ravenhood Warden was LVL 2
- Madcap Magus went to lvl 3

Compras | Quando uma nova season chega e o momento das compras de Glint começam a primeira coisa que eu sempre pego é os 2k de merits por 2k de Glint, porque garante um Gladius Case por um bom preço, conseguindo assim, 5 cartas fortes para fortalecer o meu deck que está atrasado com relação a coleção Gladius no Geral.
Ao juntar com os Merits que eu já tinha eu consegui comprar uma boa quantidade de Gladius Case, 6 no total. Entretanto, não veio nenhuma carta muito interessante, só vieram comuns e algumas raras. Eu até achei que veio uma rara que eu não tinha, o Ajax LightFoot, mas quando fui ver já tinha também.
O bom é que mesmo que não tenha vindo cartas épicas ou lendárias vou juntando para upar as Gladius Comuns e Raras. Com todas essas eu consegui upar diversas cartas para o Level 3: Krash Wanderford (3); Alva the Crusher (3); Katrelba Gobson (3); Helmet Kharafax (3); Hugo Strongsword (3); Witch of Warwick (3).

Inspirado em um vídeo recente do Bronzedragons, em que ele procurou focar nos packs raros para maximizar os Summoners Soulbound Raros eu resolvi pegar 50x Rare Draws, buscando avançar alguns níveis nos meus Summoners Raros até alcançar algo entre lvl 4 e 5, que já é o suficiente para o meu Deck atual.
Ainda, a ideia me pareceu muito boa, já que não tenho tido muita sorte dos baús Major e Ultimate. Sem falar que um pack de Raro é mais barato que um Major que pode vir alguns items pouco úteis como energia, potions e merits que não vao melhorar o meu deck.
20x Rare Draws | Resolvi dividir a abertura, para ver como que seria e acabei gostando do resultado o que me fez continuar abrindo Rare Draws até o número de 50 packs! Na primeira, usando 10k de Glint eu consegui 20x Rare Draws e como previsto uma boa quantidade de Summoners.
Foram: 5x Lobb Lowland; 3x Franz Ruffmane e Helios; 1x Octavia, Pembrook e Eternan Brunne.
20x Rare Draws | Em mais 20x aberturas de packs raros vieram: Mais 3x Helios e dessa vez muitas Octavias, 5x no total. Ainda veio 2x Franz e um Gold Foil dele. Por fim, teve 1x Pembrook Nymph.
10x Rare Draws | Minha última compra foram 10x Rare Draws, em que eu peguei de interessante 3x Pembrook Nymph, 1x Bune e 1x Helios Commum e o legal foi ter vindo 1x Helios Gold Foil
Com todas essas 50x Rare Draws no final o Deck Upgrade foi o seguinte para os Summoners:
- Consegui upar a Octavia para o Level 3;
- A Pembrook Nymph foi para o Level 2;
- O meu summoner SoulBound de Maior Nível agora é o Lobb Lowland no Level 4.
Já para as cartas de monstros o Deck Upgrade foi o seguinte:
- Pyrewatch Devil foi para o Level 3;
- Riverboat Captain avançou para o LVL 4, ganhando a habilidade Affliction;
- Ravenhood Warden foi LVL 2
- Madcap Magus foi para o lvl 3
