RE: Kimi no Iro (The Colors Within) --- a lighthearted awe-inspiring movie!

However, Sister Hiyoko resonates a lot with me. She reminds me so much of my high school.

Sameeeee! She reminds me of the sister who's been in charge of us scholars before... She's also as beautiful as her, and like Sister Hiyoko she also didn't expect that she would end up becoming a nun, but God called and so she answered. The whole setup of the movie reminded me of my high school days—from the all-girls environment to the songs, ahhhhh it definitely brought back a lot of memories (≧▽≦)!!

And the theremin...I really fell in love with how it sounded. It sounds nostalgic and heartwarming—it's like you're hearing a humming voice. Their soundtrack was diverse yet not rowdy. I like the fusion of classical music and also the boppy modern ones, and like you, the art style got me interested yet it's the story—and soundtrack that made me stay. Thanks for sharing such a nice review... hopefully your problems with your internet connection and your worries about your upcoming bills will be resolved!

Amen to you nee-chan!

Nostalgia overload? 😁✨
It's great to watch something light from time to time. I rewatched it tonight with my mom coz she got curious after reading my post. hahaha

Yeaaah... I didn't know it existed, so it's another perk I got after watching this film. The sound is so relaxing to listen to.

Amen, imouto-chan!!! 🥰✨🩵

Yeah...it's really nice to rewatch it with someone, but I doubt my lil sis would like it—I mean the genre and story—she's kinda not into light ones haha

I'm not that into light ones either (I'm more into deep psychological, kutaw utok kind of stories), but there are just times when I do... for a change. Sayang pd, I may miss a gem like this one. hahaha
