It was never hers in the first place.
"This is unfair! I won't accept it!", she continued as she hugged the trophy she'd worked hard for.

Yes...it's really heartbreaking, and speaking of Grammys—there are a lot of artists and their songs that I root for that didn't win :( Chappell's the subway was definitely something that gripped me for months, and up until now, I still can't move on from how phenomenal that song is...so sad it didn't win the record of the year.
I can only imagine how much you rooted for them but nothing came out of it. I believe there's more to that organization than we know. Lol.
Maybe someday, your favorite artist will get their deserved award. Have a good one <3
True! There are really things we can't understand with the selection process, and yeah, if it's their time, then it's really for them. Hopefully she'll win next year, along with the artists who truly deserved those awards!
