My vineyard and my pods from my garden
Hello friends, another publication that I love to do because I can show you a little of my vineyard and my grapes.
In my region we use a lot of grapes to make homemade wine, but there are also good table grapes that are called that way, since these table grapes are only and exclusively for human consumption, we eat the grapes from that bunch directly.
Generally, table grapes are sweet, they have a sweet taste that makes them good to consume directly.
In this small vineyard of mine, I have immense qualities of grapes, such as Dona Maria, which are very well known and famous.
I also have muscat grapes which, as the name says, are very useful for making a kind of liqueur wine that we call muscatel, and here in my country, the region where muscat is very popular and has gained fame is in the area of setúbal.
It is a kind of very sweet liqueur wine that we usually drink as an aperitif before lunch.
I also have Hamburgo grapes among many others, because at the time I decided to diversify a little, to have a few examples of each variety that I most appreciate.
Something I also want to show and share with you here from my garden are these rows of green beans that already have a beautiful lilac or pink flower, and from these flowers will come out big pods of green beans, which is also very popular in my area to eat in general cooked and that can accompany several dishes, mainly fish, as a good accompaniment to a good dish of cooked cod, which here in my region is very appreciated accompanied by boiled eggs and a good drizzle of olive oil on top is delicious.
.
I hope you enjoyed what I shared. I hope to give you more news about my garden and farming soon
