I have always been curious about the sketches that some people make like the one you just created, and then you do the process which you can really appreciate the details and changes. It is impressive.

Now you've seen how it's been done. First, getting the idea penned down, then working with perspective, thereafter shadings and finally the coloring.
Might look simple but not really.
