Hello friends, another good topic for us to reflect on together and reflect deeply on this topic and on our young people and children who will be the future generations.
I'm sure we've all heard this expression "children are the future" in one way or another. But we have to reflect on our actions so that these children have a good future, with conditions and dignity, and this raises some questions for us and leads us to reflect on this topic.
I believe, from my experience, that there are many people who are unaware that there are public services aimed at children and to support these children, especially those who live in difficult situations and in this case, unfortunately, there are many in this situation.

The services that exist for this situation are intended and have the purpose of providing protection, helping with guidance and also helping families to better monitor the development of children as well as improving the family environment, because a better environment for these children is a good investment in the future so that we have young people and adults who are better prepared for life.
We can now give some examples and as a father I am aware of this reality about where it all begins and what is available to people in these cases.

For example, if we look closely, everything usually starts very early in daycare centers or preschools, where children begin their journey while their parents go to work, leaving their children there and picking them up at the end of the day.
In these places, children learn above all to live with other children, they learn to share, to play but in a way that already has some rules and in this way they develop, it is from there that the child gains the foundations for a better future.

But unfortunately, if we analyze it carefully, not all children have easy access to these daycare centers, even in public ones, since they live in a state of extreme poverty and many in neighborhoods where the needs are enormous even for the simplest things.
We often forget, but children have rights, they are people with fundamental rights that must be preserved.

I will now give an example of a case when, unfortunately, a child suffers violence, goes through basic needs, does not have access to food, and is hungry, or does not go to school for various reasons already listed and others, there are tools to help normalize the lives of these children, such as the Guardianship Council in my area, which we call CPCJ, which are Child and Youth Protection Commissions (CPCJ) and they act at various levels, from security, training, health, education of these children and young people, as well as family support so that these children have their rights protected.

But unfortunately, there are many situations in which the child cannot stay at home, and the best thing to do is to remove the child from that context of need, often of violence and precariousness, and then there are temporary homes such as shelters, or even being taken in by a family until the situation in the child's own family context can improve, but often the family environment is so degraded in so many aspects that they cannot ensure the child's safety and well-being, and the only way to protect the child and help the child live in a healthy environment for their growth and development is through adoption.

But at the level of each country, there are many institutions created to address the issue of child safety and development, and I have seen that this is a fundamental point and that there is increasing attention from governments, especially in my country, to signal and intervene more quickly in situations where the child finds himself in a situation of great vulnerability. But there is still much to be done, and we can all contribute to this, because caring for children and the future of future generations must be the duty of the community, ensuring that future generations are better prepared for their path throughout their lives.
Therefore, when we become aware of a risk situation for a child, we must intervene, mainly by signaling to those who can help that child and also the child's family, to achieve a better way of living, guiding them, helping them, and monitoring their development, this will make all the difference.

Olá amigos, mais um bom tema para fazermos em conjunto uma reflexão profunda sobre este tema e sobre os nossos jovens e crianças que serão as gerações futuras.
Tenho a certeza que todos nós de uma maneira ou de outra conhecemos esta expressão "as crianças são o futuro". Mas temos de refletir as nossas ações para que estas crianças tenham um bom futuro, com condições e digno e isso levanta-nos algumas interrogações e nos leva a parte da reflexão sobre este tema.

Eu acredito pela minha experiência que exista muitas pessoas que desconhecem que existem serviços públicos destinados a infância e a acompanhar estas crianças, principalmente aquelas que vivem em situações difíceis e neste caso infelizmente são muitas nesta situação.
Os serviços que existem para esta situação são destinados e tem como finalidade a proteção, ajudar na orientação e também ajudar as famílias a acompanhar melhor o desenvolvimento das crianças bem como a melhorar o ceio familiar, porque um melhor ambiente para estas crianças é um bom investimento no futuro para termos jovens, e adultos melhor preparados para a vida.
Podemos agora dar alguns exemplos e eu como pai tenho consciência dessa realidade sobre onde tudo começa e o que existe a disposição das pessoas nestes casos.

Por exemplo se virmos bem, tudo geralmente começa muito cedo nas creches ou na pré-escola onde as crianças começam o seu percurso enquanto os pais vão trabalhar deixando lá as crianças e indo busca-las ao fim do dia.
A criança nestes locais aprende acima de tudo a conviver com outras crianças, aprende a partilhar, a brincar mas de uma forma já com algumas regras e assim se vai desenvolvendo, é a partir dai que a criança vai ganhado bases para que tenha um futuro melhor.
Mas infelizmente se analisarmos bem, nem todas as crianças tem acesso fácil a estas creches, mesmo nas públicas, já que vivem num estado de pobreza extrema e muitas em bairros onde as necessidades são enormes mesmo para as coisas mais simples.
Muitas das vezes esquecemo-nos, mas a criança tem direitos, são pessoas com direitos fundamentais a serem preservados.

Vou agora dar um caso por exemplo quando infelizmente uma criança sofre violência, passa necessidades básicas não tendo acesso a alimentação, e tendo fome , ou não vai à escola por diversos motivos pelos já enumerados e por outros mais, existem ferramentas para ajudar a normalizar a vida destas crianças como podemos dar o exemplo do Conselho Tutelar na minha zona chamamos lhe CPCJ que são Comissões de Proteção de Crianças e Jovens (CPCJ) e atuam a vários níveis, desde segurança, formação saúde , educação destas crianças e jovens e bem como o acompanhamento familiar para que estas crianças tenham os seus direitos salvaguardados.

Mas infelizmente existem muitas realidades em que a criança não pode ficar em casa sendo que o melhor é retirar essa criança daquele contexto de necessidades, muitas das vezes de violência e de precariedade, e ai existem casas temporárias como as casas abrigo, ou mesmo serem acolhidas por uma família até que a situação no contexto familiar da própria criança possa melhorar mas muitas das vezes o ceio familiar está tão degradado em tantos aspetos que não conseguem assegurar a segurança e o bem estar da criança e só mesmo a adoção é o caminho, para proteger a mesma e ajudar a criança a viver num ambiente saudável para o seu crescimento e desenvolvimento.

Mas a nível de cada país existem muitas instituições criadas para a problemática da segurança e desenvolvimento das crianças, e tenho visto que este é um ponto fundamental e que cada vez existe mais atenção por parte dos governos principalmente do meu país para sinalizar, intervir mais rapidamente em situações em que a criança se encontre numa situação de grande vulnerabilidade, mas muito ainda há a fazer, todos nós podemos contribuir para isso, porque cuidar das crianças e do futuro das gerações futuras deve ser o dever da comunidade, assegurando que as gerações futuras estejam mais bem preparadas para o seu caminho durante o percurso da vida.

Por isso ao termos conhecimento de alguma situação de risco para uma criança devemos intervir, principalmente sinalizando para quem de direito possa ajudar essa criança e também a família da mesma, a conseguirem ter uma melhor forma de viver, orientando a mesma, ajudando, e acompanhar o seu desenvolvimento, isso fará toda a diferença.
