Very easy cooking recipe of potato dal with egg.
- Potatoes 1 kg
- 6 eggs
- Like the amount of pepper
- Like the amount of salt
- Cumin paste 2 spoons
- Turmeric 2 spoons
- Ginger 1 spoon
- Oil 125 grams
First, I put the potatoes and eggs in the oven to boil. I put the potatoes and eggs together in a pan to boil.
The potatoes were boiled. Then I put the potatoes in a bowl. Then I mixed some cold water and removed the potato peel. While peeling the potato, I broke the potato completely.
After removing the potato skin, I mash the potatoes with my hands. When it is smeared, water is given in small amount.
