I think Jensen Huang CEO of Nvidia lost round about 30 billion dollars thanks to arrival of DeepSeek for me at first glance it just seemed like a hype because usually the US media hype up Chinese products and services but then things became more clearer.

He will get it all back. Deepseek is not as advertised although there is technological progress there. We will see models run on smaller devices, reaching smartphones.
That said, those with compute (along with data) still are in the drivers seat.
