YOU CAN'T GIVE WHAT YOU DON'T HAVE.

Then Peter said, “Silver or gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you.

Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give (Matthew 10:8).

💞 CENTRAL TRUTH
It's impossible for a woman to give birth to a child she didn't carry in her womb.

🖊️ MAIN DISCOURSE:

The process of child bearing begins with conception and ends at delivery. First, a woman conceives a baby, and then delivers the baby after a period of nine months.

So, if a woman gives birth to a child, she must have harbored that child in her womb for several months.

According to our text for today, the Apostle Peter told the beggar at the gate of the temple, "Such as I have, give I you..."

A man can only give what he has. The cure to the cancer the world is suffering is Jesus Christ. But the question is, how many people are truly in possession of this Jesus the world needs so urgently?

The unbelievers are angry because most of us pretend to have their cure, but in fact do not.

Many people act like Christ but they dont have Him in their lives.

We're the salt of the earth, yet the earth is almost saltless.

We're the supposed light of the world, yet the world is roaming about in thick darkness.

Is it not time we present to the world the cure for her disease, which is Jesus Christ, by truly showcasing His very character and personality through the life we live?

Can we stop playing church and start showing Jesus Christ to this terribly sick world?

"If you would like to give your life to Jesus, you can do so by saying this prayer:

"Lord Jesus, I come to you a sinner. I ask that You forgive my sins. I accept you into my heart as my Lord and personal saviour. Thank You for saving me, in Jesus' name - Amen."

Father, give me the courage to share the remedy that You are with the world around me, in Jesus' name - Amen.
