Struggling to get the house rented....

So I am back in Hereford this weekend to do something which is in my head easy, but everytime I start the work proves to take twice as long and be much less enjoyable than I could ever imagine....

Painting.

The whole house needs painting, internally.... so I can rent it out. And the sooner I get it rented, the better, as I don't really used this anymore, only about once a month for a couple of days.

It's difficult with now living in London and coming back up for a couple of days at a time and having to work, it's hard to find enough time to do anything.

I'm my own worst enemy of course, I work slow, and there I was in the pub last night for a couple here I am dicking about online rather than getting out of bed!

But it's only just gone 7.00 in the morning, I can and will get up shortly get a coffee and then get the fuck on with painting the kitchen.

The goal of the day is kitchen and stairs area.

If I can do that it's still slow progress but it's something! And then relatively small or easy painting after that!

Living room a bit patchy...

I'm not sure how, I did two coats but there are a few patches of patchy in the Living Room, not sure at all how that happened, I mean I'm paining white on white, albeit a lighter shade over a darker, but no idea, that took me ages yesterday too.

Onward and literally upward....

I managed the kitchen in one coat,

Then up the stairs, that was tedious, but again one coat, somehow managed to get paint stains on the carpets, but it's done

And tidy....

I'm opting for easy, just chuck the paint buckets and rollers, I'll buy new next time!

Now i'm going down the pub!
