In Shambles
My home is in shambles
I fed it the wrong people
Peoples names I can’t pronounce
Lot’s of fun, but it’s a gamble
Now the hallways are bare, the carpet is scratchy
Swallowing is a pain
Wanting to turn the lights off and rest
But the house refrains
Up in the attic is throbbing
With sharp edges and dull aches
Ice and snow won’t calm
This icky feeling I just can’t shake
