The BIG print!

I saw a tweet from @CarlBMenger that caught my attention. He said the Fed injected $43.6 billion into the U.S. bond market. There were no real buyers, so the Fed bought the bonds. This is not normal. It shows the system is under pressure. Nobody wants to buy 30 year U.S. bonds! Crazy right?

At the same time, Moody’s downgraded the U.S. bonds. That means this major credit agency (corrupted) now believes U.S. debt is becoming more risky. This should be a big warning to everybody. When your debt is not trusted, your whole economy can suffer. This is what us Bitcoiners have been saying.

So, what is the Fed doing? Printing more money to buy its own bonds. Cheating the system to avoid collapse. More money in the system is equal to more inflation. Prices go up, and people lose the value of their savings.

One of my favorite investors, Lawrence Lepard, explained this very well: the only option left for governments with too much debt is to print more money. They can’t raise taxes enough or cut spending. So they just print. He calls this "the big print." It means we’re in the last phase of a broken system. He wrote a book that I will purchase explaining this topic.

My boys, Bitcoin is the answer. It’s limited, transparent, and outside of central banks. It’s not perfect, but it follows rules that don’t change. At the time of writing these words Bitcoin is trading at $104,000 dollars, and today it touched $105,9.

The all time highs are very close, after that, clear skies to the upside. I can't wait to see where the next stop is. Hopefully close to 150k, it will be a nice level to stop there for a while. I hope you guys have a great week.
