I've been investing in RUNE during the bear market. I have a really low entry price and I'm struggling to not sell now that we had a big pump.
We were below $1 and yesterday we landed above $5,30 after an amazing ride.

Checking Total Value Locked TVL

TVL is one of the best metrics to analyze a DEX, if we check the numbers at Defillama.com we can see that Thorchain just have above 250 million. It's still really far from Uniswap or Curve and Pancakeswap.

However one thing that Thorchain does better than Uniswap and other DEXes (for now) is that is able to provide better exchange rates with less capital. For that reason the protocol can handle large volume swaps with less slippage. And people are starting to notice that.

You can see that Thorchain is the 2nd DEX by volume last week.

A good milestone. Streaming swaps were released just some weeks ago and the volume is spiking.

Still in the bear market territory

If we take a look at the Total TVL chart, we can see that we are still really far from the 2022 peak.

I can't imagine how Thorchain will benefit from money flowing at a crazy rate in the bull market.
