Reading your post reminds me that I should set aside some time to spend outdoors such as at the beach. Realised it's been a while since I did that, the past few weeks have been office, home, cafes, and gym for me. Hehe.

Yeah even just to do it for a few hours once every 2 or 3 weeks is really important! Just sit in the sand, bare feet dug in, and just relax and breathe. Really important for our bodies that's for sure!
