Often! But as with human nature (unfortunately), after a while, the effect wears off. There was a period I was constantly feeling tired and I told myself I needed to go to sleep earlier every night. It worked for a few nights (I diligently went to bed early) but now it's back to late nights again. Oops.

Hahah yeah I hate when I do really good for a little bit on sleeping then it goes back to being up too late. The fluctuations! Lol
