They do that all the time—that’s Reddit for you. There was a good discussion on there, but when people started getting opinionated, they had to take it down, as it results in arguments.

Huh. I though Reddit liked science? Can't have science without arguments and counter-arguments. Only hypotheses that cannot be disproved arise to the level of theory, and that requires diligent and clever efforts to disprove hypotheses. Without that, we'd still be living in caves.
