Black-banded hoverfly

In the middle of the green grass wet with drizzle, I managed to find a black-banded hoverfly standing gracefully on one of the grass leaves there. In Latin, this beautiful creature is known as Asarkina porcina, which is one of the most beautiful flies from the Syrphidae family. This fly is very different from the flies that we often find everywhere, especially trash cans. This fly does not like dirty places, it prefers a clean environment.

In a green environment like this, the black-banded hoverfly is very easy to find but photographing it is very difficult. I was in that place for quite a while, at first I saw the fly was busy dancing in the air. I tried to photograph it dancing, but failed. After failing several times I stopped photographing it, I took the right place to sit for a moment while enjoying the dance it played.

Time continued to pass for about ten minutes, suddenly the beautiful fly had stopped its activities and now perched on one of the grass leaves right in front of me. I immediately turned on my flagship phone camera again to take a picture of her. When I saw her appear on the phone screen, I was amazed by her beauty. Actually, it was not only her beauty that made me amazed by her. However, her kindness that immediately gave herself to be my model after finishing her activities.
