Very advanced form of thinking there hope.
My trade used to teach me about being non-judgemental -- but we are humans and we judge all the time. Even when we know and understand the implications of where and what has lead to such things -- we will always judge. It's in our nature to.
One thing a very smart lady once said to me was -- all criticism is good. Even the angry ones, because there is truth in there somewhere. Take from it what you can :)

Being judgmental as humans is what keeps us on track most of the time.
