Let's talk about Depression

Here's a collection of some of my work on depression. I'm trying to get backlinks and views to these videos because they actually help quite a lot of people believe it or not!

Here's one of my favourite videos on depression. It always starts with just feeling sad for no reason. Always. It's like a numb sadness and you don't know why it's there. It saps all the fun out of life. It's a horrible feeling that's for sure.

And here's how I got out of it:

I picked up a hobby (or 2) in my case, 3 hobbies, and it changed my life completely around. I really suggest you guys give these videos a look!
