Azure Tit

I love this photo! It captures the most important difference between this species and other tits: their acrobatics and agility. With one foot it holds onto the edge of a branch, and with the other it holds food.

Nuthatch

These guys are famous for their ability to hoard food. This fellow is quite comfortable upside down.

Goldfinch

These birds are so engrossed in their favorite delicacy in midsummer that lickers can easily approach them.

Siberian Chiffchaff

I was lucky enough to capture a photo of this unassuming bird with a caterpillar in its beak. In the spring, they are often seen and heard, but in the summer, they are busy with their own affairs and are neither seen nor heard.

Hobby

An adult bird caught a dragonfly for its three babies.

Siskin

One autumn day, I encountered a large, noisy flock of siskins in the forest. They had perched on berry trees and were actively feeding on the berries' seeds and buds.
