Now is the time when wintering birds already unite into a mixed flock to fly amicably through the forests.

Willow tit

These tits have a special hoarse voice and increased fluffiness, for which they received the popular name - fluffier.

Great tit

Everyone knows this bird. They are the most numerous among this flock.

Nuthatch

While all the birds of this flock are examining the branches and leaves, these agile and impudent guys are crawling along the tree trunk in search of food.

Long-tailed Tit

Of course, a mixed flock cannot do without these charming and very friendly birds.

Treecreeper

These inconspicuous birds spirally scan tree trunks.

Siberian chiffchaff

And this is a kind of exception, since this bird is not a wintering bird, but it can be found only at the beginning of autumn together with a mixed flock. Closer to the end of September, it already flies away to warm countries.

And of course, woodpeckers are with them: Great Spotted Woodpecker, White-backed Woodpecker, Lesser Spotted Woodpecker.
