π¦ The coal tit or cole tit (Periparus ater)
- Peri (Greek) very, hugely
- Parus (lat.) Tit
- ater (lat.) black, dark

This small titmice lives primarily in coniferous forests. These forests are very far from my city. Fortunately, some, in small numbers, live in mixed forests. They are especially noticeable in early spring. There's still snow on the ground, but the males are already actively singing.

It eats the same things as other birds of this family, but since it lives mainly in coniferous forests, in autumn and winter its plant food consists of seeds of coniferous trees.
