Factors that ignite my happiness

Searching through the deepest part of my heart, I looked around to see the genuine things that make me happy as human and as a lady. Growing up , I've come to the understanding that happiness is what only you can give to yourself, no one can give unto you the happiness you deserve like the way you will give yourself. That means happiness is individual's business, If you are not happy with yourself, then how can someone else make you happy? And that being said, there are other factors that contributes to one's happiness and in this post, I will be listing out mine, they might be weird but they make me happy and that's what matters most.

Firstly as a lady, seeing myself thrive in whatever I lay my hands to do makes me deliriously happy. I love being independent, and that was how I was brought up by my parents, my dad always say, "you can be whoever you want to be, don't wait for someone to help you, take the bold step first and help will come", this had been my watchword ever since I journey into adulthood. Seeing my business succeed, and seeing my career flourishing sure makes me happy and that I will not trade for anything.

Another factor that makes me happy is my family and my loved ones. Seeing those that care about me around me brings me happiness, it gives me a sense of belonging. It made me feel complete , it always give me a kind of ego that even when the world turns their backs on me, my family will always be there to see me through the toughest time. A call from my loved ones do change my bad day to the best day, hearing from them brings a soothing relief to me. The feeling of having people who can't go a day without hearing from you, feels so good I must say and that always made my day. To me ,family is everything , when you have a family where strong bonds is what you share, you will definitely be happy. Few days ago, my baby sister, the last born of the family called me with dad's phone and all she said was,"I miss you sis, when are you coming home", I was amazed, then I thought "someone sure miss my presence". Even though I do beat and shout at her when I'm around yet she still want me home, that alone was enough for me, so my family brings me happiness.

Thirdly, here is another factor that makes me happy, this might sound weird but I will still say it. Money makes me happy, I love seeing money in my accounts even if I have no need for it. I hate being broke, it pricks my heart when I have to call home or anyone to ask for financial help. Making my money myself makes me happy, it brings a certain high level of joy and happiness to my heart. Being able to afford whatever I desire when I want it brings me happiness. No one wishes to be poor and so do I and that's why I said money makes me happy, and that's the fact.
